Questions We Get Asked A Lot

You can return any clothing product for up to 30 days from the date purchased. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and with the original packaging. 

Medford Knife and Tool products have a 72 hour inspection period. No returns on custom, sculpted or special  order knives. Special orders not paid within 7 days of completion will incur a $30 late fee and accrue a finance charge of 3% monthly, compounded daily on the remaining balance. After 90 days you may lose your deposit.
